Kharga Tarifa ("Aba")
1993 CAHR / AHIP Classic Award Winner!
Dark chestnut, 15.2hh
We love this mares gentle spirit, her huge doe eyes and her solid build. She has enough Crabbet blood to qualify as a Crabbet-Related Arabian by the ECAHS standard.
She also carries Russian, Polish, Egyptian and Davenport / CMK source bloodlines in her pedigree.
Aba competed in the AHIP (Alberta Horse Improvement Program) and was awarded "Classic" status. The AHIP is a systematic evaluation of horses bred in Alberta, with the aim of identifying superior animals within each breed. The evaluation focuses on form (conformation) as it relates to function (performance), with strong emphasis on the athletic ability of the horse. Aba scored 81% in her yearling year!
Siblings and relatives of Aba are successful reining and sport horses. Her foals will be no exception!
We are greatly anticipating her foal by Allussive Gold ss at the end of May 2010. There will be no question of its beauty and quality in a magnificent golden palomino colour - it will be stunning!
